Pricing and order rules
Each fill is charged from its execution price, filled amount and billed term. P2P fills carry one flat 20% commission deducted from the seller payout. If an order ends underfilled through manual cancellation or expiry, the service separately attempts a 1 TRX fee. Listed floors and reference rates do not guarantee executable price or depth; both depend on eligible offers in the live book.
What a buyer pays
For each filled portion, gross cost equals its execution price in sun per unit per day × filled amount × billed days. Billing has a one-day floor: supported terms from 15 minutes through one day are billed as one day, while longer supported terms use whole days through 30 days. The 20% P2P commission is deducted from the seller payout rather than added as a separate buyer charge. The order limit and configured slippage bound execution, but actual executable price and depth depend on eligible live-book offers.
Minimum price by rental term
The floor a seller may quote varies by exact term and is shown in the table; actual fills happen at or above it. For sub-day terms, the floor intentionally rises as the term gets longer, while billing still has a one-day minimum.
| Term | Floor, sun | Cost of 65,000 units |
|---|---|---|
| 15 m | 33 | 2.15 TRX |
| 1 h | 38 | 2.47 TRX |
| 12 h | 43 | 2.80 TRX |
| 1 d | 65 | 4.23 TRX |
| 2 d | 63 | 8.19 TRX |
| 3 d | 42 | 8.19 TRX |
| 14 d | 38 | 34.58 TRX |
| 30 d | 36 | 70.20 TRX |
What a seller receives
On each P2P fill, 20% of the gross filled amount is commission and 80% is the seller payout. The matcher evaluates eligible offers from lowest price to highest, then uses the oldest offer first at the same price. A listed floor or reference price does not guarantee executable capacity at that price; current eligibility and live-book depth determine fills.
Cancellation fee and referral allocation
When a manually cancelled or expired order is still underfilled, the service releases its uncommitted reservation and then attempts to debit 1 TRX from the buyer’s internal available balance. If that balance is insufficient, cancellation or expiry still completes and the fee is skipped. The current order response and UI do not expose the amount actually charged, so the UI cannot confirm whether the fee was collected. Separately, when a buyer has a referrer, 5% of the platform commission accrues to the referrer’s internal referral balance; payout execution is not currently available. This share is not an extra buyer charge.
Limits worth knowing before you build against them
Supported rental terms run from 15 minutes through 30 days. Orders longer than one day may be filled across sellers; each partial fill has a platform minimum of 7,000 energy, and a seller may require a higher minimum. Orders of one day or less are atomic and must be filled in full by one seller. An order is editable during its first 10 minutes, and manual cancellation becomes available at the 10-minute mark. Bulk multi-address order creation is not available in the current public API or UI; its approved future contract is capped at 25 receiver addresses per request.
Frequently asked questions
Is the price I see the price I pay?
It is an order input, not a guarantee of execution at that price. Each fill uses its actual execution price in the gross-cost formula, while the order limit and configured slippage set the execution ceiling. Eligible live-book offers determine whether, how much and at what price the order fills. The 20% P2P commission remains on the seller side.
Do you charge for API access?
The current pricing flow applies no separate charge merely for creating or using an API key. API-created P2P orders use the same cost and commission rules as web orders. Request limits are operational controls and should be read from current API responses and documentation, not treated as a guaranteed production allowance.
When is the 1 TRX cancellation fee collected?
The service attempts it when a manual cancellation or expiry leaves an order underfilled. It debits the internal available balance after releasing the uncommitted reservation. If less than 1 TRX is available, closure proceeds without the fee. The current UI cannot report which outcome occurred.
Does a larger order guarantee a better rate?
There is no separate volume-discount tier in the current pricing logic. A larger order may walk more price levels, so its effective price depends on eligible live-book depth and the order’s matching settings at execution time.
