Terms of use
These terms describe the tet.energy product available on 28 July 2026. By using the service, you agree to follow the product rules below and accept its current technical, market and availability boundaries.
Current service scope
tet.energy provides web and API interfaces for a public P2P order book where buyers request and sellers offer time-limited TRON energy or bandwidth. It also exposes order, rental, seller, price and supporting tool views. The TRON network, wallet software and any external provider are separate systems. A signed-in account may fund its internal buyer balance only when the current GET /v1/balance response or dashboard provides a configured personal deposit address. That address—not the TronLink wallet address used to sign in—is the platform deposit destination; do not send funds if neither surface provides a deposit address. Subject to network and service availability, transfers to the provided address at or above the configured minimum are credited automatically after the required confirmations. Buyer withdrawals and seller payout execution are not currently available. A feature described in a plan or other document is not available unless it is reachable through the current product interface.
Self-custodial wallet and TIP-191 sign-in
The supported browser-wallet path uses TronLink. Sign-in asks the wallet to sign a site-bound TIP-191 text challenge containing a single-use nonce. The signature proves control of the address for that session; it is not a TRON transaction, does not give tet.energy the private key, does not move TRX, and is not KYC or proof of a real-world identity. Keep seed phrases, private keys, API keys and sessions secure and never send them to support. Buyer orders use funds recorded in an internal available balance rather than charging the connected wallet for each order.
Orders, matching and delivery evidence
A buyer chooses the resource, amount, term, limit price, receiver address and available execution settings. The matcher considers eligible P2P offers from lowest price to highest and uses the oldest offer first at the same price. Rentals of one day or less require one atomic delegation; longer rentals may be split when the order permits partial fills. An accepted or matched order is not proof of delivery. Only a settled fill counts as confirmed delivery in the product, and users should inspect its status and any published on-chain evidence before relying on the resource.
Internal escrow, settlement and published fees
Opening an order reserves its principal and configured slippage allowance from the buyer's internal available balance into an internal-ledger escrow bucket. Those entries are platform accounting records, not a public smart-contract escrow. A settled P2P fill draws the gross amount at its actual execution price and returns unused reservation through the order lifecycle. The current P2P commission is 20% of the gross fill, deducted from the seller side; 80% is recorded as seller pending and the commission is not added as a separate P2P buyer fee. When a manually cancelled or expired order remains underfilled, the service attempts a separate 1 TRX charge from the available balance after releasing the uncommitted reservation. If the balance is insufficient, closure still completes and that charge is skipped. Seller payout execution is not currently exposed.
Seller stake, permissions and delegation
Sellers offer resource capacity backed by their staked TRX. Autosell onboarding accepts an active permission for the bot address only when its operations bitmap contains exactly DelegateResource and UnDelegateResource. The product rejects wider grants, and its autosell signing path refuses other contract types. This limit is enforced by the product rather than by the TRON network, so sellers should verify the permission they grant before enabling autosell and revoke it when they stop using the service. Revoking a required permission makes the seller ineligible and can interrupt delivery or reclaim work. Sellers bear the network, lock-period and availability risks of their stake, and completed earnings remain pending because no payout schedule or execution is available.
External-provider fallback boundary
An order setting can permit external-provider fallback, but the current product does not register a production orchestrator that executes external purchases. The setting therefore does not presently provide fallback delivery, even when a runtime flag or provider credential is configured. Provider-policy and adapter code exists for rentals of one hour or less, but it is not a reachable delivery path and users must not rely on it. These terms and the product interface must be updated before external-provider execution is activated.
Public-chain, market and technology risks
TRON addresses, transactions and delegation evidence are public and pseudonymous rather than private or identity-verified. Network parameters, resource ratios, fees, lock rules and confirmations can change; market price, liquidity, seller capacity and TRX value can move; wallets, nodes, APIs and providers can fail or become unavailable. An incorrect receiver, insufficient eligible capacity, an expired order or a failed confirmation can prevent the intended outcome. Market pages and calculators are observations or estimates, not guaranteed quotes. tet.energy does not guarantee price, savings, liquidity, delivery time, uninterrupted availability, seller income or investment return.
Prohibited use
Use only wallets, addresses, API keys, permissions and funds that you are authorised to control. Do not use tet.energy for fraud, theft, laundering criminal proceeds, unlawful transactions, deceptive offers, artificial volume, order-book manipulation, spam, denial of service, circumvention of access controls or rate limits, or exploitation that harms users, sellers, the service or the TRON network. Do not upload or transmit malicious code. Report a suspected vulnerability to [email protected] instead of exploiting it.
Service changes and availability
The product is under active development. Interfaces, supported resources, order rules, limits, fees, market-data coverage and fallback availability may change, and a dependency or security issue may limit or suspend a feature. Use the current UI, API responses and dated public pages for the rules available at the time of an action. The modified date changes when these terms materially change. Do not rely on tet.energy for a deadline or outcome that requires guaranteed availability or delivery, and stop using the service if you do not agree with the current terms.
