How buying works
Your order first tries to match eligible sellers who have autosell enabled and a minimum price at or below your limit. Any unmatched remainder stays open in the order book until eligible autosell capacity matches it, or until the order expires or is cancelled. Rentals of a day or less must be filled atomically by one seller; longer orders may be filled in parts when their settings allow it. Each partial fill must meet the platform minimum of 7,000 energy, and a seller may require a higher minimum. A flat 20% commission is deducted from the seller payout rather than added to the buyer's gross fill cost. The order view shows current status and fill details.
Choosing an amount and a term
A typical USDT TRC-20 transfer to an address that already holds USDT commonly needs around 65,000 energy; a first token interaction can need roughly twice that. Actual use depends on the transaction and the receiver’s on-chain account state, so size the order for that address and workload. Review the live price for your chosen amount and term before placing the order.
Minimum price by rental term
The floor a seller may quote varies by exact term and is shown in the table; actual fills happen at or above it. For sub-day terms, the floor intentionally rises as the term gets longer, while billing still has a one-day minimum.
| Term | Floor, sun | Cost of 65,000 units |
|---|---|---|
| 15 m | 33 | 2.15 TRX |
| 1 h | 38 | 2.47 TRX |
| 12 h | 43 | 2.80 TRX |
| 1 d | 65 | 4.23 TRX |
| 2 d | 63 | 8.19 TRX |
| 3 d | 42 | 8.19 TRX |
| 14 d | 38 | 34.58 TRX |
| 30 d | 36 | 70.20 TRX |
Paying and receiving
Order funds come from your available account balance. Personal deposit addresses and self-service balance top-ups are not available on the current service. The delegation can go to the receiver address you name, not necessarily your own, so a payment processor can charge energy to a customer address it does not control.
Reading order and delivery status
Open and partially filled orders still have unmatched demand. A matched order can still be awaiting delivery confirmation. In Purchases, only settled fills count toward confirmed delivery; inspect the recorded fill status and any published on-chain evidence before treating the requested amount as delivered.
Frequently asked questions
How do I know the energy was delivered?
The Purchases view counts a fill as confirmed delivery only when its status is settled. A matched order without a settled fill remains pending. When on-chain evidence is recorded for a confirmed P2P fill, the view shows its transaction and delegation timing.
How is the order funded?
The order uses your available account balance. The current service does not issue personal deposit addresses, so it does not offer self-service balance top-ups.
Can I send energy to an address I do not control?
Yes. The receiving address does not sign the order; the seller delegates the resource to the receiver address you specified.
How much energy should I choose?
Use the transfer guidance as a starting point, then account for the receiver’s current on-chain state and the transactions you plan to make. The live order form shows the price for the amount and term you select.
